POLICY FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Policy # 98-1
All organizations are required to complete an application 60 days before the event. Applications shall be picked up and returned to the Village Administrative Offices at 17460 Sycamore Road.
Village Council shall review and approve all applications.
The person in charge of the event shall be at the location 1 hour before and during the entire event to insure its coordination and organization.
If additional parking is required, the organization shall make arrangements and provide directional signs to the area.
Clean up of the area within 24 hours shall be the responsibility of the organization.
A copy of the organization's liability insurance, including the Village of Grand Rapids as an additional insured, shall be provided 7 (seven) days before the scheduled event.
